The firm is seeking high calibre lawyers to join its award winning Corporate Finance Practice Group. This represents an excellent opportunity for mid-level to senior associates to join an established team handling quality corporate finance work in a friendly and dynamic environment. The position is Hong Kong-based but may involve business travels.

Applicants should ideally be admitted as Hong Kong solicitors. However we also welcome applicants with requisite legal skills who have been admitted in other jurisdictions. Applicants must have excellent English language skills, preferably with the ability to read and write Chinese (simplified and complex characters). Fluency in Putongha is definitely an advantage. A sound training to international standards and strong legal and inter-personal skills are also essential.

The successful applicant will have at least 4 years of post qualification experience with a major international, Hong Kong or PRC firm and will be looking for an opportunity to contribute to the practice groups success, in a practice support role. He or she may be required to undertake some client work and therefore should possess a strong transaction record in commercial and corporate areas with relevant China experience. Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese are required.
