Experience:  

Taylor has extensive experience in the authorisation of unit trusts and mutual funds for public sale in Hong Kong (including the first retail China A-shares fund and the first fund of hedge funds), and the establishment of investment funds and private equity funds in offshore jurisdictions. He also actively advises clients on the establishment of fund management operations in the People’s Republic of China including joint ventures, QFII and QDII issues, NSSF and other financial services issues.
