Myles advises foreign investors on making investments in PRC including establishment of foreign invested enterprises, acquisition of interests in PRC and foreign companies and re-investments of foreign invested enterprises. Myles has experience in advising clients in onshore and offshore mergers and acquisitions under which clients acquire or dispose of investment interests in or assets held by foreign invested enterprises in PRC. He also advises banks and financial institutions on secured and unsecured lending in Hong Kong and the PRC, including project financing and syndicated loans.
