- advising on securities and investment matters including the establishment, authorisation and marketing of collective investment schemes, both onshore in Malaysia and in offshore jurisdictions.
- conducting due diligence reviews in respect of submissions to the Securities Commission in Malaysia for the registration of unit trust schemes.
- establishment of mutual funds and unit trusts in Hong Kong and in offshore jurisdictions, as well as the authorisation for public sale of mutual funds and unit trusts.
- advising on securities laws particularly in securities, investment advisory and compliance areas, and on the establishment of investment management operations.
