Rory has over 20 years' experience in financial services law, with particular emphasis on investment funds and securities issues. He advises a substantial number of international fund management groups and institutional trustees and administrators on the establishment of a wide variety of investment products as well as licensing, regulatory and compliance issues. He also advises on the establishment of pooled retirement plans, master trusts and investment vehicles for retirement schemes.
