Joseph's practice is in Commercial Litigation which includes shareholders disputes, directors’ duties, regulatory matters, insider dealing cases, trusts claims, commercial fraud, banking, insolvency litigation, investment disputes, employment, agency law, private trust disputes, tax cases, landlord and tenant matters, property litigation, sale of goods and discrimination law. He has developed special interest in the areas of disputes relating to public listed companies, regulatory investigations by The Securities and Future Commission and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, public inquiry, shareholders and joint venture disputes, commercial fraud cases involving ICAC and CCB, contentious insolvency cases and employment related disputes.
