She was instructed to represent 3 frontline sales persons of a reputable bank who have been charged in connection with sales of Lehman Brothers Minibond and Constellation Notes in defending these charges, the first ever in the legal history of Hong Kong of prosecution under the Securities & Futures Ordinance for sale of Lehman Brothers related structured financial products and two of them have been totally acquitted of all charges after trials in February 2011 and May 2011 respectively, and for the last Defendant, the Department of Justice dropped all charges in July 2011.
