Guangzhou - Deacons Guangzhou Representative Office
Deacons is one of the very few foreign law firms with an office in Guangzhou, the provincial capital of Guangdong province. Established in 1994, the Guangzhou office serves clients who are active in China's southern provinces. The services provided have developed in step with the local economy and range from advising on direct investment, initially in the manufacturing sector and recently increasingly in the service sector, to representing clients in restructurings, mergers and acquisitions.
