Deacons wins ALB China' "2011 Hong Kong Law Firm of the Year" Award 12 April 2011 On 12th April, Deacons was awarded "2011 Hong Kong Law Firm of the Year" at the Asian Legal Business China Awards ceremony in Beijing. The firm won the same award in 2010, 2009, 2008 and 2006. The China Practice Group's Myles Seto and Crisp Zhou attended the awards ceremony at the Park Hyatt and accepted the award on behalf of the firm. The China Practice Group's Franki Cheung says "The whole China team is really excited about winning this major award again which is not easy to win for so many consecutive years given such a highly competitive market in China. It is the strong team spirit among members in the China team that contributes to our success."
