The top firm in each jurisdiction for this global award is chosen based on extensive international annual surveys of clients and IP law firms. Deacons is also the only Hong Kong firm recognized in the surveys as a Tier 1 firm in all 5 areas of Hong Kong IP work: trade marks prosecution, trade marks contentious, patents prosecution, patents contentious, and copyright.
