The deal constituted a discloseable transaction for Hutchison Harbour Ring. As a subsidiary of Hutchison Whampoa Group, Hutchison Harbour Ring specialises in providing manufacturing services for renowned toy brands worldwide. The transaction is led by Eugina Chan and assisted by Tibbie Chu and Maggie Kwok. Singapore Press Holdings deal Deacons advised Singapore Press Holdings, a company listed in Singapore, in its acquisition of the business of publishing luxury title magazines in Asia and related publicity and/or advertising business.
